— My Story

As a mom of 2 who found comfort in food during the last few difficult years during Covid, I found myself in a situation where I knew I needed to make some positive changes in regards to my health and fitness.  My friend and I decided to push each other to make a change and together, we found a Personal Trainer to kickstart our fitness journey!  Along the way, I discovered that I enjoyed the changes I was making both physically and mentally so much that I decided to start a career out of it! Health and fitness are my passions now and I want to share them with others!

As your heart and lung health improve, you'll have more energy to tackle day-to-day tasks!  Regular exercise can help you fall asleep faster, and get a better and deeper sleep - leaving you rested to take on the next day!
