Fitness

My style of training is Functional Fitness as it is the style that I found to be most effective in my own personal fitness journey!  When you train with me, you get a personalized training program that is tailored to your goals with nutrition consultation to ensure that your hard work in the gym is supplemented with the nutrition that your body needs for energy during your workout, daily life, and for workout recovery!

My Training Style

My training style is based in Functional Fitness which incorporates weight training which can be used to build muscle and/or to tone and strengthen the body.  With the addition of HIIT workouts to improve your metabolic conditioning, I program with the goal of improving your overall Fitness.  Nutrition is a key componant of a successful progam and I incorporate nutirtion consulation into each client's traning program!
