While we definitely recommend discussing nutrition at each Fitness Training Session as a way for Jen to answer any questions and make suggestions for dietary changes to help you reach your goals, sometimes clients want and/or need a more in-depth look at their nutrition and food habits in order to make the changes necessary to reach those fitness goals!  With our Nutrition Coaching services (which are possible both in person and online), Jen is there to guide you and work with you not on a diet, but on a lifestyle change that is sustainable and produces results.
