While I definitely recommend discussing nutrition at each Fitness Training Session as a way for me to answer any questions and make suggestions for dietary changes to help you reach your goals, sometimes clients want and/or need a more in-depth look at their nutrition and food habits in order to make the changes necessary to reach those fitness goals! With my Nutrition Coaching services (which are possible both in person and online), I'm there to guide you and work with you - not on a diet, but on a lifestyle change that is sustainable and produces results.
General Nutrition Consulting
Fitness Training sessions include general nutrition information and answering of general nutrition
questions to help you to understand the basics of what you should be eating and how much water you should be drinking to be able to fuel your body during a workout and in order to recover properly after a workout.
Nutrition Coaching with Check-ins and Assessments:
Initial meeting/assessment to understand your goals, learn medical and weight loss history, review activity levels and current (if any) exercise plans, review of current nutritional practices
and behaviors, additional questions and concerns regarding the program
The program gives guidance on macros, based on your current physique and tailoredspecifically to your fitness and health goals. We discuss how much to eat, when, andwhat to eat in order to achieve your health and fitness goals.
